One Rev Cutting/Venting

Our One Rev tube cutters are ideal for cutting tubes beyond the tube sheet in heat exchangers, condensers, and boilers. One Rev tube cutters are also an excellent tool for venting defective tubes prior to tube plugging. This reduces the risk of pressure buildup in plugged tubes.  Designed for hand use by employing a ratchet or hand wrench for manual operation. Available in standard reaches of 6” (152mm) and 10” (254mm). Longer reaches are available in 2” increments upon request.

Internal Push Type Cutters

Our internal tube cutters provide a solution for difficult alloys and heavy-walled tubes. Optimum tube cutting performance and tooling life are obtained when the proper RPM and bit geometry are applied. Cutter bits are now available with Tin coating, increasing the cutter bit life for difficult alloys. Our models are available in speeds from 100 to 625 RPM for various steel and non-ferrous tube applications.

Wheel Type Cutters

The Wheel cutter solution creates and utilizes a novel concept of cutting a tube deploying up to 3 self-centering wheels producing a chip-free cut in heat exchangers, air-coolers, and boilers.

Wall Reducing Tools

Tube Wall Reducing Tools are used on heavy gauge tubes to reduce the tube wall thickness prior to removing them with a tube drift tool or venting in plugging activities. Our Airetool tube drifts allow for the ability to thin the tube wall for easier removal.
